Several factors cause your bank's ability to establish a smooth connection with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Outwest.
Here are the following scenarios why you're unable to connect your bank account:
To resolve this issue, you'll have to ensure that you select the correct bank name when connecting. If needed, please check for alternate names or URLs for your bank in QBO.
You may also want to contact your bank to check id there's an ongoing maintenance and ask about the specific requirements for connecting to QBO.
Alternatively, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QBO via a CSV file. Keep in mind that you'll have to either match, categorise or exclude transactions afterwards to prevent possible duplicate entries once you reconcile your account.
