Hi there, @coskev. Let me help you locate the option on how you can undo a bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, you can only unreconcile a transaction one at a time. If you want to undo an entire bank reconciliation, you'll need to ask help from your accountant since they're using the QBO Accountant version that has this feature

In the meantime, below are the steps on how you can undo reconciliation in your QBO account:

  1. Navigate to the Bookkeeping menu and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account holding the transaction and click Account History.
  3. From there, select the transaction you want to unreconcile to expand the view.
  4. You'll see an R sign under the check column indicating that it is reconciled.
  5. Next, continuously click the checkbox until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
  6. Once done, select Save.
  7. Perform the same steps for other transactions you need to unreconcile.

For reference, please visit this article: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.

It's also easy to track reconciled, cleared, and uncleared transactions by running a reconciliation report in QBO.
