Account reconciled, balances match, but one item still "For review". "Missing" transaction can't be found.

Hello, in the reconciliation section, my bank account matches the Quickbooks balance, there's a green tick below and it says "All set with this account" and yet, an orange "1" still shows above. However, I cannot find this single transaction that is causing the "1" to show. Is this a Quickbooks bug? It has been like this for over a week.

Thanks so much for your question about the error in your reconciliation. 

 

When you go to reconcile, do you see an error message with a link that says 'We can help you fix it'? 

If you do see that 'We can help you fix it', click on it and it will bring up a discrepancy report which will show you the transaction that is the issue. 

 

If you can't see 'We can help you fix it', are you able to attach a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can look at what it may be?
