QuickCuppa: Reconciling Bank Accounts at Year End

Hi,

I used to be able to reconcile the Undeposited Funds Account, now QBO will not allow me to

Yet, on the Overview page, the unreconciled transactions are listed as a task that needs to be done.

Do you know if there is a workaround for this?

Hi leannemcminn,

To be able to reconcile the transactions shown in your Undeposited funds account, make a deposit them to the specific bank account in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Select + New.
2. Select Bank Deposit.
3. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
5. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
6. Select Save and new or Save and close.

 All transactions in your Undeposited Funds account appear in the bank deposit window. Once done you can reconcile this transactions in QuickBooks Online.
