Why can't I match the transactions on my mobile app since last week?

I have cleared cache, data, uninstalled and installed QB, power off and  on the phone and still the error comes as 'check all details on the transaction or match them on the computer'. I was able to reconcile all the transactions on the same mobile for a year and this has been happening since last week. I am really unhappy that even after calling QB, the person who attended the call was not able to fix the issue.I would like this to be resolved asap or need clear answer whether this is going to be an ongoing issue in the future.

I understand you're having fundamental issues with unable to match transactions from your QuickBooks Online Mobile App. There is an ongoing product investigation reported a few days ago with getting an "An unexpected error occurred while accepting your downloaded transaction in QuickBooks Online". You can note of the investigation number INV-99527 for reference.

 

Also, I can see that the engineers have applied a fix and the issue should now be resolved.

 

As a work around, you can manually create a transaction in QBO and then match it to the bank feeds.

 

If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team once more. That way, they can further escalate the issue with your QuickBooks Online details.
