Does anyone know how to retrieve my list of 250+ suppliers that has suddenly disappeared from Quickbooks? The supplier tab now shows options to import or add only?

Let's figure out the cause of the sudden disappearance of your suppliers' list in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and fix it to keep you going with your task, user15622.

The disappearance of your suppliers' list in QBO can be brought about by issues in the web pages. To resolve this, we can open a private window or an incognito window in the browser. This opens your account with a clean slate and loads fresh data. Please use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If it works, we can switch back to the regular browser. Then, clear its cache & historical data to help you restore the default setup of the browser. If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience in the program.

If you need to bring a list of customers or suppliers into QBO, you can check out this article for the steps and details: Import customers or suppliers from email contacts or a spreadsheet to QuickBooks Online. Additionally, I've included a few articles for more information on importing the data that helps you keep track of your supplier transactions in QuickBooks Online:
