I would recommend running QuickBooks on Google Chrome. If you're still experiencing this error on Google Chrome, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser cookies and cache: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- Try and open QuickBooks in an Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
- Ensure Google Chrome is on the latest version.
