I would recommend running QuickBooks on Google Chrome. If you're still experiencing this error on Google Chrome, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cachehttps://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
  2. Try and open QuickBooks in an Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
  3. Ensure Google Chrome is on the latest version.
