Good day, @connect2,
Let's import your bank transactions via WebConnect to bring them into QuickBooks.
To start, you'll first need to log in to your financial institution (FI) and download transactions from there. Then, save the file in a .CSV, .QBO, .QFX, or .OFW format on your computer.
Here's how to upload the file:
Once the process is finished, you'll be directed to the Banking window where the imported entries are displayed on the For Review tab. You can then review, add, or match each transaction with the records you've already entered in QBO.
Another way of bringing in your sales and expenses is connecting your bank or credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online. QBO automatically downloads and categorises transactions from the last 90 days (or more). Then, all you have to do is approve the work.
Feel free to leave a comment below if you need assistance with the steps above and I'll get back to you.
