I set up a client in QB and have tried to import it into Tsheets but it is not importing. I have closed QB and Tsheets and tried a few times without success. Any ideas?

If you are having issues with importing timesheets from TSheets into QuickBooks Online for the first time, I would recommend disconnecting the existing connection and starting to sync up the two apps from scratch.
