Before I import 900 records into an existing QuickBook, I would like to know to revert back to the previous state, should should something go wrong with the import.

I have some information that I want to share with you about the importing process in QuickBooks Online (QBO) , gdossor.

Generally, to make sure your data imports correctly, you'll have to make sure that you import each spreadsheet in order. For now, the roll-back functionality feature in QBO is unavailable. If you'll want to make changes to what was already imported, you'll want to delete them one at a time.

For more information and some of the frequently asked questions that you need to know about importing, you can check out this article for more details: Common Questions About Importing Data To QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, you may also need to start fresh with a new QBO company if you're a new customer. Learn from this article for more details: Delete Your Data And Start Over In QuickBooks Online.

Reach out to us if you have any other concerns about importing. Remember, we're always right here to help you.
