Purchases using CBA debit card do not import into QB automatically, but all others do. Is there a way to fix this, or is it a known issue?

Thanks for sharing this with us.
Currently we do not have any outages with CBA bank feeds.
When was the last time your bank feed updated?
Are you getting any kind of error message with your bank feed at all?
Sometimes manually refreshing the bank feed by selecting the Update button will bring in any new transactions too.
