For bank feed with incorrect descriptions, we may need to check two things on it.
First, select the transaction on the For Review tab and see if any details matches with the description as shown on your bank statement. Lastly, make sure that Show bank details is enabled by clicking on the small gear icon above the Action column.
If there's no details on the bank feed that matches with the bank statement, it would be best to contact our Support team so we can create a ticket and investigate further. Here's how to reach out:
