WarwickCreditUnion updated their website & since then I have not been able to import transactions. It is a screen scaping issue that is fixed by upgrading the IP address.

I have been told each time I've contacted QB's that it's been forwarded to the Back End Team.
I have had no transactions import since 8/5/2024 which means that our tax cannot be finalised for the year.
MYOB and Xero have both managed to fix this problem already and we are paying for a service that we cannot use.
When can I expect this to be fixed?

Welcome to the Community, Vanessa.

I understand you're having fundamental issues with your bank account connection for your Warwick Credit Union account in QuickBooks Online. We're unable to ask for your account details here for your security. However, let's  use the trouble shooting steps below to help rectify the situation.

To start with, use a new incognito window or a different supported browser. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, log in to qbo.intuit.com and access your transactions tab to update your bank's log in details. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Click on the bank account you need to update.
  3. Click on the Pencil icon and select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Manually enter your bank's User id and Password.
  5. Click on Update.

Check if new transactions has downloaded. Furthermore, some banks require permission to link your account to another service, such as QuickBooks Online. When you visit your bank's website, verify if this permission is needed and or if there's actions or messages that needs your attention. If it is, follow your bank's instructions to enable it. Alternatively, contact your bank for assistance if required.

Let us know if you have additional questions about connecting your bank to QBO. We're here to help you.

I tried that and it hasn't worked.
I have contacted our bank twice to check if there are permissions needed, and there aren't any.
Has the backend team updated the IP address for Warwick Credit Union yet as that is where the problem is.
