Can not open GST on quick books

Hello there, @userjademcrockett.

Let’s take a few troubleshooting steps to help fix this issue so we can get you back in working order. The initial step I can provide is to run your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache and web history to avoid issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Next, attempt to open GST again. If it works, you have to clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser. It could be that your current browser has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Then, for more info about managing GST in QBO, please see this article: Setting up GST in QuickBooks Online.

If you're looking for resources or articles you can bookmark or save for future use, you can always visit our QuickBooks Help articles page. You can manually search via entering a keyword on the search field or open any of the categories displayed to start browsing.

If there is anything else I can do to help you in opening your GST in QBO, please post a response below. I am always available to help in case you need it.
