I'm currently experiencing issues with Quickbooks Self Employed, with regards to Reports>Tax Summary.
For a start, the Total Sales with GST for one quarter is incorrect, by several hundred dollars. I have exported all sales as a csv and calculated manually to double check.
The second problem is that it is not even calculating the amount of GST on this incorrect number correctly. The Total Sales with GST shown in the report is $2907.90. It is showing the GST on Sales is $476.75. If this were the correct sales amount, the GST would be $264.27.
I have checked GST management, and it has the correct GST amount of 10% shown. I have tried disabling and then re-enabling GST management, as well as logging out and logging back in, to no avail.
If I can't fix this, I will have to delete the account and start from scratch.
