Hi guys, I'm new to QBO and just lodged my first BAS. I was able to print the BAS summary for the first one, but couldn't for the second lot. It is marked as lodged. Look forward to hearing back from someone.
Many thanks,
Michelle

Hi Michelle
Once you lodged the BAS for the period from GST centre, it will not give you an option to print the BAS Summary report.
To print the report please follow below steps:
1) Click on the Report from left-hand side navigation bar
2) Reports > All Reports > Manage Taxes > BAS summary report > choose the date for the required period > Run the report > click on the icon to print the report.
I hope this helps. Take care :)

Hi gavin4,
You can still see the BAS Summary report in Quickbooks, just follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the GST Tab
2) Click History
3) Find the BAS period you're looking for and click View BAS summary

thanks Kristian. But you cannot print this (nicely) or even save it as a proper PDF report. Why has this report dropped out of the Reports section?
It seems that with the new GST center, we have changed the name of the report from BAS Summary Report to GST Summary Report.
Try running a GST Summary Report to see if you get the desired data.

No the GST Summary report just holds the GST details. It doesnt include the PAYG. These are now 2 separate reports. I want the old combined report back so I can reconcile and record my BAS summary. How do I request this be returned?
Unfortunately the old combined report is now separated into multiple different 'GST Agencies' which you can filter by in the new GST section of Quickbooks.
I appreciate you bringing this up, I recommend providing this feedback in the Quickbooks platform.
You can do this by going to the Gear icon and clicking Feedback.
This feedback goes directly to our Products Team who review all feedback from our customers.

You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
