I'll share with you the two alternative methods to set up a recurring invoice for your 700 customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @JMBN.
Right now, one recurring invoice applies to a single customer. However, there are two options you can consider to complete your task:
Here are the steps for the first option:
The screenshot below shows you the last six steps. Then, duplicate the template for the other 699 customers. For the detailed instructions, check out this article: Create Recurring Transactions.
For the second option, perform the first four steps above. Then, choose Unscheduled as the template type. This way, you can charge your 700 customers with the same items or services and manually send it to them every month. To learn more about this process, visit this article: Create The Same Invoice For Multiple Customers.
In the meantime, I'd suggest visiting this website: QBO AU Resource Centre. It helps you learn more about our product innovations. Also, you can enter your First Name, Email, and click Subscribe in the Help Your Business Thrive section. That way, you'll get the latest tips, advice, and resources straight to your inbox to help your business succeed.
Moreover, you can always go back to the Recurring Transactions page. From there, you can edit, use, duplicate, pause, delete, and skip the template to the next date from the Action column. View the screenshot below for your reference.
I'm just a comment away if you need anything else. Keep safe always. Stay healthy, @JMBN.
