Wishing the previous answer was true. Unfortunetly, both times i have called to get assistance- A) Was a new user that could not assist me in any way and just left it even worse then it was.
And today again, I called in to get help and for further assistance they want to charge us an extra $35.00 dollars on top of the qb payments, payroll etc.
Just starting to become money hungry . more companies will start to opt out and find a better program or alternative programs to use as we can't get assistance now without paying extra charges.

I would recommend using the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online account to be routed to the correct support.
