GST on invoice?

Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription? If so, as of July 2017 we charge GST which is included in your subscription cost. This amount is part of the tax we invoice to your monthly billing cycle.

If that isn't the case, you can set up GST in your QBO account and apply it to the invoice. Let me walk you through setting it up:

1. Go to GST from the left navigation menu.
2. Click the Get Started button.
3. From the Tell us what taxes you pay and how often page, setup your GST information.
4. Click the Save and Finish button.

Once completed, you can create an invoice. Make sure to indicate whether the invoice amount is exclusive or inclusive of Tax. And, assign a specific GST percentage on each line item in the invoice. The screenshot below will show how it looks like.
