Upon checking, Joist is not on our list of Supported apps. However, if they advertise this on their end, then this could be possible. I'd suggest reaching out to their Support team to ask for guidance on how your can link your QBO account.

It seems the app doesn't support QBO AU. If you run a field service business, explore these options
