Before anything else, please know that if you already added a phone number inside the company profile, it'll automatically appear on your invoices once you send it to your customers. In case you haven't, here's how:
When you create an invoice in QBO, only the customer's details and phone number show. If you wish to see your contact number when entering the invoice, you can set up a custom field or utilize the Message on Invoice section.
