Before anything else, please know that if you already added a phone number inside the company profile, it'll automatically appear on your invoices once you send it to your customers. In case you haven't, here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Click Company and then click the Pencil icon in the Contact info section.
- Enter your company's phone number.
- Once done, click Save and then Done button.
When you create an invoice in QBO, only the customer's details and phone number show. If you wish to see your contact number when entering the invoice, you can set up a custom field or utilize the Message on Invoice section.
