How to remove account summary from invoices

I'll help you remove the Account Summary from your invoices, Garrick. 

 

We can change it by going to your Custom form style in the settings of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let's select the correct template created to ensure it'll work.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Custom form styles under YOUR COMPANY.


     
  2. On the page, you can choose either a New style to create or Edit your standard default style. 


     
  3. Click the Content tab, then choose the middle table. 
  4. Uncheck the Show on invoice box to remove the Account Summary in the invoice.  

  5. Click Done

 

After this, you can send an invoice to your email to see how your invoice looks after making these changes in the settings. 

 

Additionally, we can automatically or manually send reminders to customers when their invoices are or soon will be, overdue. This helps to remind your customers about these due dates.
