Hi -childersmowerse,

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's try to do some browser troubleshooting and try to re-upload the company logo on your custom templates. Start with accessing your account using an incognito window. Use the following shortcut keys below:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Once done, login to your QuickBooks Online account and re-upload the logo on the Standard template and if you have a custom template for quotes you can upload it from there also.

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Select Edit on the Standard template.
  3. On Design tab, click on Make logo edits.
  4. Click on the + sign and select a logo.
  5. Select Save and Done

You can try to create a new quote and click on Print or Preview to confirm if the logo is already showing on your quote.

Feel free to post again if you need further assistance with logo on quotes. I'll be around to help.

I want to make sure this gets routed to the right department. Since you've tried all the possible solutions to show the added invoice logo to the customer's copy, I recommend reaching our QuickBooks Care Team. They can conduct further investigation to fix this issue.

Here's how:
