Hi there, Lucy-Aspray.
I'll help you to trace your time activity. I just have a few questions before we get started.
Are you using a third-party application to track-time activities? If so, what is it, and were there any changes on that app related to tracking time activities? If you're not using other apps, please provide a screenshot of your time activities and invoices transaction transaction page.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for getting back to us on this.
Can you double check with the customer is selected for those unbilled time in TSheets, please?
You should be able to create an invoice in QBO and have the unbilled time shown on your right-hand side so you can add to the invoice after the timesheet has been imported into QBO.
Please let us know how you go and if you require additional assistance on this.
Thank you.
Hi Lucy,
Thank you for the additional information.
Can you check if timesheets imported from TSheets have been ticked as billable with rates entered, please?
Should you require further assistance on this, please feel free to contact us for support.
Thank you.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the exact same issue. QBO support says that I have to re-create every single missing time entry and re-import them. Mine show up as approved and are both billable and assigned the correct customer. Potentially thousands of dollars in missed invoicing, livid with quickbooks, this is the point of paying for their software!
Hi there @bsheldon87, I'm so sorry to hear your frustration. I completely understand! I think we may be able to help speed up the process a bit, if you're still struggling. If you're using TSheets, our support team can help to unlock and re-export your time entries to see if that resolves the issue. That way you do not have to re-create them one by one.
You can reach TSheets support directly at: +1 (888) 836-2720
They'll also be able to take a look and see what might be happening if that does not solve the issue. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it!
I am having this same issue! This billable time appears everywhere other than when I try to invoice it. Was there a solution for this? It even appears on my "unbilled charges" report.
Help
Hi mhamiliton-scotia,
Just to repeat some of the points in this thread:
Can you double check with the customer is selected for those unbilled time in TSheets, please?
You should be able to create an invoice in QBO and have the unbilled time shown on your right-hand side if it is connected to the customer's details.
For better assistance I would encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can assist by clicking here.
Thanks,

i'm having the same issue. Yes it is the correct project, it is approved, and is even showing up in QBO under time as approved, but it won't show up in the project... i am using a QB time trial... should be seamless, especially when they tell you to go direct to QB Time to enter it instead of inside QBO!
