In the mobile app, how do I create a recurring invoice?

Welcome to the Community, @steve267.

 

I'm here to share another workaround that can create recurring invoices using your mobile.

 

Currently, the option to create recurring invoices using the mobile app isn't available. In the meantime, you'll want to log in to your QBO account using your phone's browser to create one. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Log in to your account using a browser.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙.
  3. Select Recurring transactions.
  4. Select New.
  5. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
  6. Enter a Template name.
  7. Select a Type: Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder.
