Let's check the online delivery set up in our company settings to verify what email options is selected. Here's how to:
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on Account and Settings.
- Click on Sales tab.
- Locate Online delivery and check Email options for all sales form if what is selected.
- Try to edit the current set up and click on Save.
Then, let's try to send a sample invoice to your email to see how it's delivered.
