I'm here to provide information to make sure that you'd able to add logo into your QuickBooks Online account, -keepsafe.
Before adding a logo, make sure that the following logo requirements were met:
Keep in mind that if your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools before you upload it to QuickBooks Online.
Once verified, I recommend accessing your account in a Private browsing window first to verify if this is caused by the system or your browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish this in all supported browsers:
Once able to open a private browser, try to add logo again. If it works, then your main browser may have too much historical data from previously visited websites which slows down internal processes and causes this kind of behavior.
To ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using.

Let's work together to fix the issue of why you're unable to upload a logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As my peer mentioned above, logo requirements that you need to ensure it is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file and smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)square-shaped since rectangles don’t work using the standard RGB colour space.
To get rid of this problem, I suggest performing the steps through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. To start incognito mode, use these keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to add your company logo using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team since they're equipped with the necessary tools to perform a screen-sharing session to conduct further investigation into this behavior.
Additionally, feel free to check out this article that will help you with personalizing your QBO account to whatever you need to change: Edit company settings in QuickBooks Online.
You're always welcome to get back to me if you need further assistance with uploading your company logo in QBO. I’ll be more than happy to work with you again. Have a good one!
