Let's find those missing customers so you can create an invoice, @barwonlocksmith.
First, run the Customer Contact List report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to see your lists of customers in the account.
If you can no longer find the customer, use the Audit Log to see who deleted the customers in the account.

In case the customers are showing in the report, try checking the inactive customer list:
If you see the missing customer, click the Make Active option to bring them back to the Active list.
If you still can't see them, we'll do the basic browser troubleshooting steps. Log out and log back in using a private browsing or incognito window. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
Private browsing disables the cache from saving new browsing history. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also proceed by using other browsers if the steps above don’t work.
From here, you can now create an invoice and record payments you've received from them:
