My employer can't open the invoice because the view now button isn't highlighted

Thanks for reaching out. Is this issue only affecting one user or all users and customers? 

 

I would suggest trying browser troubleshooting steps such as using another browser or clearing your cached items. 

 

If this does not make a difference please contact the Support Team so we can look into this for you.
