I am just curious if QBO realizes the importance of having this function.
Our business needs do not require that we print our POs because we don't order from many local sources, but I also cannot modify the section at the bottom which has an "Approved By" and "Date" lines. So because I cannot modify this portion, and there isn't a way to print/sign/upload and send a signed version, we just send POs which appear as though they are technically not approved.
Are you serious with this?
Hi Zach99,
Thanks for joining the thread. I understand the importance of being able to modify your purchase order template in QuickBooks Online however this is not possible yet. We do receive requests regarding this feature, and our product engineers are already aware of this. They are looking forward to having this feature, but we can't give an exact turnaround time yet as to when this will be available.
The more feedback we get regarding a feature, the more likely it is to be implemented so I would also encourage submitting your own feedback by going to Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online file.
If you have other concerns with purchase order, I'm here to help you out.

It's a pretty weird business model to just completely ignore the opinions of your paying clients regarding functionality of the software to which they subscribe.
