Zapier says ID number incorrect (there is no number!?)

This occurs in Zapier when it is retriving the customer name from a google sheet column. The name is identical to that in the Quickbooks customer data.

Try another connector. If the error persists, it means Google Sheet doesn't yet support QBO AU version.
