I followed your click-path in my test file and I can see how multi-currency is missing from the list of feature comparison listing when downgrading in our product. I have reported this to the relevant team. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and please be ensured it'd be addressed as soon as possible. Great. So are you OK with the incomplete information on this page which belongs to QBO? Which simply does not refer to multi-currency. That is the main reason I use QBO. https://c17.qbo.intuit.com/app/obillupgrade Might you consider fixing it? Do you have available to you a means of improving QBO's product? Report problems etc? Just curious. I'd hate for a known problem to be encountered by others when it could so easily have been fixed. Continuous Improvement. Accessed via the Cog symbol, Account and Settings, Billings and Subscriptions, and Downgrade/upgrade Plan
