Could you clarify what isn't working for you? Is the button not responding when you select it, or is it working, but only sending the same invoice template that has been previously sent?

It sends the standard invoice email template not the overdue reminder template. Also this support system doesn’t work properly on mobiles. So frustrated with QBO.

Currently, sending overdue reminder template using QuickBooks Mobile app is unavailable. This is only available when accessing QBO through a web browser.
Before doing that, you'll have to set up an invoice reminder from Account and Settings.
Here's how:
Once done, please follow the steps below on to how manually send the reminder to all overdue invoices.

Less impressed every day. The app should do everything the web browser version does or just simply allow a mobile browser version and drop the useless app except for mileage tracking. Would save development coats on this waste of space.
I would hope the executives read these responses. The amount of time Intuit Team Members likely take to give us their best responses and I know they are trying their best. Is unsatisfactory.
Make a button to send a reminder. The invoice exists in your cloud not my computer. You are able to send price increase emails quite easily, at this point every 3 months it seems.
Support your employees and clients better, you're more than capable.

4 years later and still not able to do this. Quickbooks is terrible
