How come it wont allow me create a expense from a receipt?

I snap shot the receipt uploads, I check and fix what needs to be done and save.  Am asked whether I would like to create a expense and I do. States to check the receipt is right and try again.   I check don't, it still comes back with the same message.  This goes on with all receipts I try I have the same problem.  Never had it happen before

I recognized the importance of promptly generating an expense from a receipt inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). Currently, we're receiving similar reports about this error and our product engineers are actively investigating this issue. As a workaround, you can manually upload your receipts using a web browser. 

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Select Transactions from the left menu.
  3. Choose Receipts section.
  4. Select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive (each image should only contain one receipt).

 

Please note that QBO supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images format.
