The printer settings on your Adobe Reader might have a different set up from your QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online uses the Adobe's settings when printing a document. Here's how to check your print settings in your Custom form styles:
I recommend also checking your printer settings to verify. And last is to use a new incognito window or another supported browser like Google Chrome, Safari or Edge when printing invoices.

Unfortunately, I don't have the Edit Print Settings option available on my system.

Disregard my last reply as I have logged out and logged back in and can now see the Edit Print Settings tab. I will give that a go now.
