I am here to help you upload the logo to your profile in QuickBooks Online. Before we start, make sure to meet the following logo requirements.
Just be guided that if your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools before you upload it to QuickBooks Online.

I had already managed to add my logo to an invoice etc but my question was about adding it to my profile in Quick books. On the dashboard next to the company name is a square for a logo. I have gone to the company page and tried many times to upload the logo so it displays there but all attempts have failed. I am trying to use a square logo which is only 15KB.

If your logo is appearing on your invoices and meets the above criteria, it should also be visible on your Quickbooks Online profile.
It may be best to give one of our Customer Success Representatives a call so we can view what's happening.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.

4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.
5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
