How do i view sent emails through Quickbooks

My main goal is to ensure you can locate the sent emails, Lisa. Let's work together to find this.

 

When emailing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can CC yourself to receive copies of sent emails or put a checkmark beside the Send me a copy.

 

If you only sent the emails to your customers, we're unable to view them in QBO. What we can do is check the transactions in the Sales menu.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
  2. In the Status column, you'll see Sent with the date you sent the transactions.

 

Alternatively, you'll want to generate the Transaction List by Customer report and utilize the Customise feature to personalise the data. I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search bar, type Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Click the Switch to Classic View option.
  4. Hit the Customise button at the top to access the Customise report window.
  5. Tap Filter to choose the box for Sent.
  6. You can also click the small Gear icon of the report and tick the Sent box.
