You can disconnect your PayPal Sync app through the Apps menu in QuickBooks Online. Here's how :
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account in a browser.
- Select Apps on the left menu and go to the My Apps tab.
- Look for the PayPal Sync app and click the Action button.
- Choose Disconnect and answer the exit survey.
- Click the Confirm Disconnect button.
