We have approximately 5 different sales invoice templates (depending on clients) each template shows a different bank account).
Is there anyway we can a specific default template to each customer? Right now we are manually selection each time we make a sale and often the user either neglects to change or uses the incorrect template which as you can appreciate is not efficient.

thank you

Assigning a default template to each customer in QBO is currently unavailable. You may need to follow the same workaround, which is to manually select the right sales form every time.

I have done my own templates with the different bank accounts and I have one with a different business name and imported them in.
once I invoice a customer for the first time and select the invoice required, next time I invoice them it remembers which template I used and automatically chooses selects it.
