  1. In the Menu ☰, click More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings and Refresh Data.
  3. To confirm, tap YES.

 

iOS
 

  1. Hit General in Settings.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, and click the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Hit Offload App to free your storage without deleting the app's data and documents.

 

If you are encountering persistent issues, you may uninstall and then reinstall the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. This will ensure that you have the latest version of the app, which could potentially resolve the problem you are currently facing.
