It's fine to simply respond that we can upload our bank transactions manually . What do you think we have been doing the past year whilst this issue remains. We spend several hours downloading and converting the files then again so that QBO will accept each upload in the format it requires then sort the transactions. Please don't fob us off at $40 a month!!! Why can the bank just offer a direct feed like they do with business banking and like their other hsbc counterparts. Have the engineers offered the bank to using our customer digital secure key when during our logon?

Currently, our Product Engineers are still working on finding ways to bypass HSBC's complicated new login encryption. This will ensure that bank feeds will not be blocked. Rest assures, that once an update about this on-going bank issue is released it will apply directly your account. Also, you'll be notified via email.
