I'd like to know more about this. What details are missing?
The statement will only show your company name, address and email-add. Then, the rest of the details are your customer's transactions.

Hi, my business name and details were missing, but I worked it out. In the standard invoice template (which I don’t use) the boxes for business name, address, phone, email, we’re all unchecked. I ticked them there and apparently the statement info is dictated to by this standard invoice template, because it now appears on the customer statement.
