I have tried numerous things suggested in posts to remove paypal question from my quickbooks and nothing has worked. It is really annoying having to stop close the popup and start again. I don't have paypal connected and have removed the direct debit option from customers info cards. it is blank and still this stupid popup comes up. I'm using chrome on windows10

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have pay with PayPal ticked on your Master invoice template by any chance?
If yes, this option will still appear in each invoice. If not, can you please contact the Support Team and one of our experts will look into this further for you.

I don't have a option to allow paypal on my master invoice template what part of the edit page would that be listed under I have looked under all three tabs at the top content /design/emails and it isn't there.

My apologies it's now connected to the App since the last update. If you have Pay with PayPal connected it will be automatically applied to the invoices.
