I recognize your concern about the issues with the PayPal connection and integration. Could you please let me know if you're experiencing an error with your connectivity? This way, we'll be able to check if there are any reported issues on our end.

 

In the meantime, you can sign to their website or reach out to their representative to check if there any updates that needs your immediate attention.

if everything is working on their end, I recommend accessing your account using a private browsing window that doesn't store site files, as regular browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster. To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Press Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

 

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It can help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

This is ridiculous, QB needs to fix the PayPal connection issue that started September 1 2024. It has been over 2.5 months and no resolution. See INV-110535.

I understand how important PayPal integration is for your business, Fullertonmedia. Let me provide you with the investigation status and offer alternative option to address this.

 

The investigation status of INV-110535 is still In Progress. Our engineers are currently looking into it. While they are working on it, we don't have a timeline for when this gets fixed.

 

In the meantime, you can consider using a CSV file from PayPal and upload it to QBO. Let me guide you through the process.

 

For accounts connected to online banking, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then click Bank transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile to choose which bank account you want to upload the transactions.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files, then select the file and Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks Account dropdown, select the account you wish to upload the transactions then click Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.
  7. Choose the transactions you want to upload and hit Continue.
  8. Select Yes. Once you've accepted the transactions, click Done.
