I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team so that we can investigate this further through screen share and our back-end tools.
Our team can be contacted inside QuickBooks Online by following the below steps:
- Select Help on the top-right corner of QuickBooks.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Let's Talk.
- Under Choose a way to connect with us, select Start a chat or Get a callback.
