I have some information about how to change your subscription. Let's go to your Account and Settings page to see it.
Before we start, keep in mind that some features in the QBO AU version aren't available in the US version (Example: Tracking GST & e-lodge BAS).
Once you decide, you can cancel your QBO AU subscription and then sign up the US version. Here's how:
- Go to Gear at the top, then choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab, then click then Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Tick Submit and cancel subscription. Then, Got it.
After canceling, visit our website so you can sign up for a new subscription. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
