Does anyone know why every time I use my QuickBooks app it tells me I have a problemWith my Subscription. My credit card details are up to date???

You'll want to make sure that you're using the correct login credentials when logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using the QuickBooks app.

 

If you're using the correct login credentials, let's try logging to your QBO account through a browser, like Google Chrome, to check if you get the same prompt. 

 

If you're only seeing the prompt in your QuickBooks app, let's reset the app's data to get this resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app.
