Doing a trial. Company details- doesn’t ask for ABN or give anywhere to put payment details??

Hi there, @knoxlilyandco,


Let's make sure you're able to access your account without interruptions. Have you tried adding the ABN and payment details in a private window? This prevents cookies from being stored on the computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems.


Use any of these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:


Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
Safari: press Command Shift N



Perform the steps in the private window:


  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Tap the Company section and choose Company name.
  3. Enter the ABN then press Save and Done.


To edit your payment details for your subscription, use these steps:


  1. Go to Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and Settings. You must be the Master or Company Admin of the account.
  2. Press Billing Subscription, then hit Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  3. Update your credit card info.
  4. Make sure the address in QuickBooks matches the credit card statement.
  5. Lastly, hit Confirm card or Save.


If it works, clear the browser's cache to remove the history or log files and start with a clean slate.

You can also request a callback, so you won't have to wait on the line. Here's how: 


  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  3. From there, select the Contact Us button and enter your concern in the description box.

  4. Once done, select ChatCall us or Get a callback option.
