It's possible that the subscription payment details may have lapsed (eg if the card declined or so on). If that's the case and if you are not the Master Admin, you will not have access to view the billing information to reinstate it. I would recommend reaching out to the Master Admin on the file to have them log in and review the billing status. Otherwise as we are not able to share identifying information in the Community, in this scenario it would be best for you to reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038. They can obtain your details and look into this further with aim to resolve the issue.
Hello and please help! I am having this issue too, but our Master Admin on file has not worked here in ten years, and we cannot log in with her information. Quickbooks doesn't even recognize her email when we tried to reset the password. We requested to have the admin changed 30 days ago, but they have not processed it yet. We have to have this corrected before the end of the year.

I want to help you with this account management concern, however, this is mainly handled by our Customer Service Team. They will supervise the request if the current master admin is no longer with the company.
